[Project Web Design #9-10] Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool

WatchFire WebXACT is a very famous and good tools to check the web accessibility. However, WatchFire is acquisited by IBM Rational. IBM decided to cut the originated free web services. Such action is not familiar to most of the web engineer. For this reason, I found some more better free web accessibility evaluation tools. They are:
